Technical Writer
Paragon9 is seeking a Technical Writer with deep experience in MS Office 2003 and 2007 and MS Visio 2003 and 2007. The entrepreneur spirited individual should possess the ability to effectively visualize, explore, and communicate processes, resources, systems and the data behind them.
Requirements include traveling throughout the United States and abroad. Travel could potentially be one to two weeks each month. A day in the life involves long hours working and collaborating with high level, executive decision makers in a professional workgroup environment. Experience in the following areas is a requirement to interview for this position.
- Technical documentation and research of complex data
- Creating computer manuals, systems documentation, online help systems, intranet and internet site, technical marketing materials, documentation plans and design descriptions.
- Performing essential business analysis utilizing business flow charts, data diagrams and user interface designs.
- The capture of data in diagrams to track trends, indentify issues, and flag exceptions.
- Facilitating communication of complex information while effectively retrieving accurate information.
- Integrating data into existing Word and Visio templates, forms and diagrams as well as creating them.
- Creating and understanding the complete picture of a system or process.
Compensation is contracted via 1099 on a per project basis; the payment scheduled is based on the deliverables of each project.
