Greg Kirk
Greg founded Paragon9 on February 14th, 2007 and has been writing software since 2005. He architects the firm’s modernization and AI integration practice: legacy .NET systems rebuilt on Azure PaaS, and AI agents deployed as accountable infrastructure. His operating philosophy, Radical Reconstruction, is documented across the P9 Source. Clients rely on Greg to translate business goals into technical direction, set the architecture for every engagement, and keep delivery honest from the first strategy call to production launch.
Gwen Taylor
Gwen leads Paragon9’s Microsoft cloud delivery: Microsoft 365 migrations, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365. She’s the name clients mention by name: the 24-hour answers behind the Burger Carroll migration and the team that brought Oatey’s Dynamics 365 CRM back from critical failure in days. Gwen pairs deep platform knowledge with steady project leadership, guiding organizations through tenant moves, content migrations, and CRM rollouts so their people keep working while the systems underneath them change.
Rob Richardson
Rob is a software craftsman building web properties in ASP.NET and Node, React and Vue, Docker and Kubernetes. He’s a Microsoft MVP, published author, frequent speaker at conferences, user groups, and community events, and a diligent teacher and student of high quality software development. You can count on Rob for expertise in frontend & backend architecture and development, database architecture, DevOps, testing, and system automation.
Shon Swiggins
Shon is an infrastructure and reliability engineer with over 12 years of experience keeping critical systems running, including work supporting federal and enterprise environments. A U.S. Navy veteran, he brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to infrastructure and compliance management, helping clients build solid, dependable systems that meet the standards they’re held to.
Meseret Dessalegn
Meseret is an IT professional specializing in Azure Identity and Access Management, including user lifecycle administration, RBAC, conditional access, and secure authentication controls. She focuses on strengthening identity governance, improving access workflows, and supporting reliable, security-driven cloud environments.
Kenneth Curtis
Kenneth builds interactive and visualization work: Unity and Unreal Engine development, 3D modeling, and character rigging. He brings dimensional experiences to projects that need more than a flat screen. Whether it’s an interactive product demo, a training simulation, or a real-time visualization of complex data, Kenneth takes concepts from sketch to working build. He combines an artist’s eye for form and motion with the engineering discipline needed to ship performant experiences.
Josie Bond
Josie shapes how Paragon9’s work looks and feels: design, photography, and visual identity across client projects and the P9 brand itself. Creator, designer, photographer. She works alongside our engineers from the earliest wireframes, making sure interfaces are clear, brands are consistent, and every page earns its visual weight. From logo systems and marketing collateral to product photography and site imagery, Josie gives clients a polished, cohesive presence that matches the quality of the technology behind it.
